SMH Good Living 24/05/05 Keith Austin "For mains, we stick with the table barbecue business: marinated beef fillet (bulgogie), marinated pork with hot chilli sauce (daejibulgogie) and fresh prawns with a lemon dressing (saewoo). These come with green beans, shredded potato, kimchi, a soybean paste and iceberg lettuce leaves in which to wrap it all. We make a happy mess of both ourselves and the tabletop. The prawns are tasty enough but, again, are just prawns. The meat dishes are sensational."
