Mietta's Review
The simple light coloured room is dominated by a large serving area at the door. This is where all the action takes place - ducks are chopped, staff gather, customers queue to pay and food descends from a kitchen on high. Dong Dong is all you would expect from a noodle shop except for a surprising level of cleanliness and the added bonuses of truly caring service, food that is carefull and correct and absurdly low prices ($6.80-$13.50 for seafood dishes). The clientele ranges from Chinese families to true blue long time Aussie Kingstonites. This is a great place for a simple well cooked meal at any time throughout the day and if you can't find a rice or noodle dish to suit from the 210 offered then you are indeed hard to satisfy.
