The Kuniya room at the Ayers Rock Resort offers visitors a wide range of elaborately prepared food from bush inspired dishes, like pan seared kangaroo fillet, to more traditional European flavours. Wine list offers a good variety of vintage Australian wines. This is the premier restaurant of the resort.
