The dining room lacks personality, the menu includes all the safe choices carefully and correctly prepared. Favourites include mango prawns served with smoked salmon terrine and mango coulis; wild barramundi grilled with lime butter sauce. Good classical cooking here at reasonable prices, particularly a Chateaubriand (for two). A short reasonably priced wine list.
