Mietta's Review
Nestled behind one and between the others, the Art Gallery Cafe is the focus for Adelaide's Gallery, Museum and University. Excellent and creative food is served in a lovely space. Gaze at the art on the walls, or sit outdoors and enjoy the sun, particularly in winter. The menu changes every two months, and is often designed to complement the current exhibit. A place to see.

Gourmet Traveller 2006 Australian Restaurant Guide "No doubt you can enrich your mind in the surrounding galleries, but chef Cath Kerry and her dedicated crew at the Art Gallery Restaurant are experts in nurturing the body and soul with their intelligent and well-presented menus."

Gourmet Traveller 2005 Australian Restaurant Guide "This modern, glassed-in dining space has a neutral decor that allows the gallery's art to shine. Outside tables have a pleasant setting, overlooking lawns, a sculpture court and university buildings. Executive chef Cath Kerry creates food to please a diverse range of visitors."

Gourmet Traveller Restaurant Guide Australia 2004,'spare, cool cafe...The menu is a happy blend of postmodern and old master, reflecting cultural influences from France to Morocco...Small and medium-sized dishes encouraging grazing and sharing, which suits a mixed clientele of academics, business people and gallery visitors.'
