Mietta's Review
Soulful Indian music, embroidered wall hangings and a cute red representation of Ganesh, the elephant god, adorn the walls of Hemant. A glassed-in tandoori kitchen takes pride of place in the centre of the dining room, where Vinod can be viewed busily skewering whole chickens and seafood or slapping naan and roti doughs into the red-hot clay oven. There are tandoori specialties galore, chicken, lamb, beef, seafood and vegetarian dishes and regulars rave about the chicken tikka.
