The Age Matt Preston, 28-1-2008 "At Salateen's Kebab the flat skewers of lamb chunks, minced lamb and orange-coloured chicken tikka recline on a little pile of coals. They're served on a patterned plastic plate with a mound of salad, sheets of puffy perforated Afghani bread and dipping sauces of yoghurt and a sort of garlicky vinegar known as chatney. The meat is dead juicy and mildly spiced. The lamb is quite salty but once wrapped in a piece of bread and with the tangy sauces as a foil it's perfectly in balance."
