Mietta's Review The family run Turkish cafe/bread shop that opened in 1978 and over the years expanded across three shop fronts to accommodate up to 300 diners, re-opened in April 05. Popular amongst a mainly Western clientele - large groups, late night eaters and for take away. The menu is the traditional range of pide, hot savoury pies and kebab meats. There are many other Turkish restaurants that have opened on and around Sydney Road, and in comparison, Alasya is expensive and its food often disappoints.
