It arrives in a terracotta tagine base: a thin layer of minced lamb shot with a dice of carrot, celery, red pepper and the occasional burst of freshness from mint hides under a light fluffy layer of mash that's been browned and topped with cheese. It's far removed from those dreadful watery school versions and proves the perfect respite from the savage storm driving rain against the wide expanse of windows at this minimalist corner cafe. So do the dark-wood furniture, brown vinyl-clad cube seats and the communal table."
