For a crisp Lebanese style pizza swiped with a cinammon spiced lamb mince and a few finely chopped red peppers. Baked on a shovel in the pizza oven, whacked out onto paper, a squeeze of lemon, folded over and that's it, terrific flavour balance. You can sit down at one of the six plastic tables along with some Middle Eastern families and the occasional yuppie invader. Then there are the spinach pies and Tabet's Special, a pizza with cheese, oregano, tomato, capsicums, onions, spinach and sausage.
