Cake lovers heaven at Caffe Moravia. You walk into this very busy Camberwell shop to see a massive display of cakes on one side and, on the other, at least 30 different types of gelati and ice cream, and old fashioned bon bons and goodies which would make wonderful presents. At lunchtime local workers drop in here for a panino. You might have to wait to be served then because it can get a bit chaotic at peak times. Staff can be a bit short and prices seem to vary according to who is behind the till. As well as the drop in trade for sweet and savoury goodies, this shop does a big trade in takeaway cakes and special party orders.
