This place proves that pizza is not junk food. Using only organic products, wholemeal flour, no animal fat in the cheese and each pizza is prepared lovingl, Nostralis gets many recommendations including that of the Vegetarian Network Victoria. It's low-key and relaxed. No music. Grab a pew at the bar and flick through the old magazines or sit at one of the five pine tables. Help yourself to the drinks fridge while you are waiting.
