Other published opinions

The Age Cheap Eats 2008 "Collingwood is ditching its rough-diamond persona. And Porcino is part of that, with its starchy tablecloths, fresh flowers and dark-wood trim - although an outdoor loo keeps things real"

The Age Cheap Eats 2007 "Everything has been arranged just-so at Porcino. Fresh flowers add a splash of colour at the back of the room, large prints adorn the white walls, a glass-blown chandelier hangs overhead, and two stools stand beside a wooden bar (perfect for an aperitif)."

The Age Cheap Eats 2006 Tony Fazio has been spinning discs for more than 20 years, starting in Sicily as a teenager. Since then he's stoked ovens all over (including Stokehouse) and now he's brought his pizzas to Collingwood.

The Age Epicure Matt Preston December 19, 2005 "Once, Tony made pizzas at the Stokehouse alongside I Carusi's Pietro Barbagallo, but he's best known for his time at Fazio's in Hampton and Ragazzi in Middle Park. Now he's opened up this new place on the other side of town and discarded his wood-fired ways for electric. He has also dragged wife Trina Ellis and sister Grace Fazio along. Trina runs the kitchen and Grace runs the floor with welcoming and solicitous warmth."
