Mietta's Review Andrew Sansis is very proud of his non-traditional Greek cooking. After many years working at Italian and Australian hotels and for a well known Greek restaurant he opened his own business this year. His mother helps him in the kitchen and the rest of the family work out front. "The food is a bit different to other Greek places, it's not just grills," he explains how he bones and stuffs lamb loins and roasts them. He also does chicken and scampi with some special, pan sauces, in the French style. It's a quiet place, with no live music and a garden view.
