Mietta's Review
You get a lot of things at Blue Tongue - places to sit (footpath, courtyard, bar, table), things to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, specials) and hours to be there. The many menus overlap in a bewildering way during its continuous hours of operation. The open kitchen and bar take up a third of the sparsely decorated room which, with its concrete floor, bare tabletops and bentwood chairs, shouts cafe loudly enough for all Elwood to hear. The service is sensible and understated, the prices and food are appropriate. This is a very generous business. Good wine list.
