Mietta's Review
The old Windsor Lounge ain't what it used to be. In the mid 1990s it re-invented itself as One Eleven Spring Street, a "modern European" restaurant with a more sophisticated menu. In 1998 the transformation was completed by a bar with a wine wall in the room and banquette seating around the edges. Service of breakfast is still very traditional as are the afternoon teas. There are families for whom the Windsor is the only place for their gatherings and its certainly the place to stay at Show and Cup time.
