Mietta's Review
A fine place to eat breakfast, especially on the weekend, with large and very fairly priced meals. Mostly second-hand books (for sale) line the walls so you can eat and browse and read, all on the solid tables in the centre of the space. Also serving soup and sandwich fare for lunch. All food is presented with care, attention and warmth.

Herald Sun Cafe Culture Donna Coutts 23/8/05 score 14/20 "Simple but fair-dinkum cafe in a fair-dinkum bookshop. Egg breakfasts and sandwich lunches at reasonable prices. Counter service. Good atmosphere."
