With not one but two woodfired ovens baking very good pizzas as well as much of the food for the dining room, great service, other less well endowed pubs could well come here for lessons in pub bistro style. Open fires warm the outside, a excellent wine list for the inside and food for the soul. 'Service without attitude', one critic wrote. Perhaps the best alfresco dining in the region.
