Beef And Curry Puffs



Ingredients

1/2 packet Curry Powder

Curry Powder Curry Powder

2 packets Coconut Cream

Coconut Coconut

2 dozen mashed Potatoes

Potato Potato

3-4 Onions diced

Spring Onion Spring Onion

Method

Brown the mince steak

Cook and roughly mash the potatoes.

Fry the onions until golden.

Fry the curry powder briefly, add the coconut cream and continue cooking for a few more minutes.

Add the mince, potato and onion. Mix well.

Cut out small saucer sized circles of puff pastry. Put a spoonfull of the curry mixture just off-centre. Fold the pastry over and seal the edges. Brush the top side with egg.

Bake in a moderate oven until the pastry is cooked and the filling is warmed through.
