Cheese Balls
Ingredients
3 oz softened Butter Butter Butter
1/2 lb Roquefort Roquefort Roquefort
1 tablespoons finely chopped Onion Spring Onion Spring Onion
1 tablespoons finely chopped Celery Celery Celery
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground Black Pepper Capsicum Capsicum
1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce Worcestershire Sauce Worcestershire Sauce
1 teaspoon Brandy Brandy Brandy
2 tablespoons chopped Parsley Parsley Parsley
1/2 teaspoon Paprika Paprika Paprika

MethodCream butter and cheese.
Add onion, celery, black pepper, Worcestershire Sauce and brandy.
Add more butter if mixture is too firm.
Roll into small balls.
Mix parsley, paprika and breadcrumbs.
Press balls gently into mixture to coat well
Chill.
