Sauce For Pork Spare Ribs
Ingredients
2 lumps Ginger Ginger Ginger
4 cloves Garlic Garlic Garlic
1 bottle Red Bean Curd Soy Soy
1 bottle Soya Paste Soy Soy
2 tins Hoi Sin Sauce Hoi Sin Hoi Sin
1/2 large bottle Tomato Sauce Tomato Concentrate Tomato Concentrate
4 teaspoons Five Spice Powder 5 Spice 5 Spice
1/3 flagon Sherry Sherry Sherry

MethodChop finely ginger and garlic and fry in peanut oil till slightly brown.
Add the hot bean curd and fry a while then soya paste and fry again.
Then Hoi Sin and tomato sauce and five spice and sherry.
