1/2 oz Gelatine
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Sugar
Vanilla
Method
Dissolve milk and gelatine over fire, do not curdle. Add yolks mixed with sugar and flavouring, stir until it looks like custard. Take off fire and carefully fold in the whites of eggs, stiffly beaten. Place in wetted mould to set.
