Iceberg Lettuce Vinaigrette with Parmesan

Ingredients
half iceberg Lettuce torn into smallish pieces
30 ml olive oil
15 ml lemon juice
30 gms grated Parmesan cheese grated
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

Make a vinaigrette with the lemon, oil and salt to taste

Toss the lettuce pieces and the grated cheese in the sauce, arrange in a dish, grind some black pepper over the top
