Ingredients
1 bulb fennel sliced
30 ml olive oil
15 ml lemon juice
salt
freshly ground black pepper

Method

Make a tart vinaigrette with the lemon, oil and salt to taste

Toss the fennel slices in the sauce, arrange in a dish, grind some black pepper over the top
