Cafe Segovia

Tucked into the back of Block Arcade, this is a great place for breakfast at weekends. The coffee is recommended but it's the ambience which is really special. Music is quite a feature here, the staff are often young jazz musicians and there are live bands on Thursday and Friday evenings.Across the place and down the stairs is Basement Discs,with one of Melbourne's best collections of jazz and blues. Cafe Segovia started six years ago and there are now five other bars in Block Place. City residents and business people love having all these little cafés to take a break, sit back and listen to music.
