A very basic building facing the water has been painted, as the name suggests, blue. Inside strong bright colours dominate. The walls are adorned with big flat seaside murals and the customers enclosed by them are a mix of ages, mostly from the Beachfront Resort next door. A basic cafe menu and cheerful service.
